SLO County reports only 25 new cases over the weekend
SACRAMENTO – The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) today released the latest COVID-19 statistics and an update on the state’s response to COVID-19.
Previous government data on COVID-19
- To date, 3,504,652 cases have been confirmed in California. Figures may not reflect actual daily changes as there may be a delay in reporting test results.
- As of Sunday, there were 3,258 new confirmed cases.
- The 7-day positivity rate is 2.1% and the 14-day positivity rate is 2.2%.
- 49,922,499 tests were conducted in California. This is an increase of 276,485 from the previous 24-hour period.
- The number of cases in California continues to rise, as does the total number of people experiencing serious consequences. Since the start of the pandemic, there have been 54,224 deaths from COPID-19.
- Up to 8 years old. In March, providers reported that they had administered a total of 10,512,860 doses of vaccine across the country. The CDC reports that 13,345,790 doses were delivered to businesses in the state and 14,503,895 doses of vaccine, including first and second doses, were shipped. The figures do not reflect actual daily changes as reports may be delayed.

Tracking options
During the COPID-19 pandemic, several variants of the virus causing COPID-19 were identified worldwide. These genetic mutations are expected, and some appear and disappear, while others persist or become common. Most options have no significant impact. Public health is concerned about the option if it affects COVIDA-19 transmission, disease severity, testing, treatment, or vaccine efficacy. Designing for a safer economy

Vaccination All 58
To promote the distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine to those most at risk, individuals 65 years of age and older are given priority in receiving the vaccine and the application is subsidized by health care providers. - Limit interactions with people in your household and follow guidelines from local and state health departments.
- Wear a mask and get the most out of your camouflage – an effective mask is both tight-fitting and well-filtered.
- Avoid non-essential travel and stay close to home; quarantine yourself within 10 days of arrival if you leave the state.
- Wash hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick and stay at home, work, school and others’ homes if you are not feeling well.
