The L.A. Times is reporting that a man was arrested and charged with domestic violence after telling his girlfriend that she was “too fat” to sit with him at a baseball game. The Times reports that Carlos Correa, who was attending the 5/2 Dodgers vs. Padres game with his girlfriend, Camilla Lopez, became upset with her when she sat down in the seat next to him, which made Correa have to scoot closer to his friend. The argument escalated when Correa told Lopez that she was “too wide” to sit next to him, at which point Lopez called Correa “disrespectful” and filed a complaint with stadium security.
