The Seahawks will wear their blue uniforms against the Rams.
As usual, the Seattle Seahawks are back in action against the Los Angeles Rams, bringing back memories of their previous successful playoff games. The Seahawks will tackle their NFC West rival at home in their blue sweater and trousers.

According to Cameron Dasilva (USA Today) the Rams will wear uniforms that have never been seen before. Los Angeles revealed that they will wear their white sweaters (which they call bone-in) with blue pants. In low season the Rams have adopted a new uniform that they borrow from their helmets and sweaters.

Seahawks fans and players have requested that the Seahawks’ helmets and uniforms disappear, but the team is probably waiting for the NFL to relax its uniform rules. Currently, teams are only allowed to wear one helmet throughout the season. The Seahawks have no choice but to wear their old stickers with the current lids. Jake Heaps, former Seahawks quarterback and current host of ESPN Seattle 710, has posted a possible throwing option and has asked the NFL to change its rules.

Adams must play against Rams
All eyes were on the status of Jamal Adams, but security cleared any confusion about his availability. Adams has confirmed that he will play against the Rams and is not listed on the injury report later this week.
I’m definitely playing, Adams confirmed in his first media session since the injury, according to Seahawks.com. You see, as long as those feet move a man, as long as my faith is up there with the man, who’s very strong, I’ll be there. So there was never any doubt that I wasn’t playing, so let’s leave that aside. I’m at full speed.
It remains to be seen how effective Adams will be after his shoulder injury in week 17, which we saw late against the 49ers. Adams is known for his physicality, which will be a challenge if he plays with multiple shoulder injuries and two broken fingers.
The Seahawks have an intact injury record prior to their Wild Card game against Rams.
In addition to Adams, there is more good news for the Seahawks, as the team will be playing at full speed against the Rams. Greg Bell of the News Tribune remarked that this is the purest injury story he has seen before a playoff match.
I’ve been doing this for a minute. I think it’s the cleanest injury report I’ve ever seen on a team for a play-off game that hasn’t had a week of grace before, Bell said on Twitter. The only two Seahawks in question, Jarran Reed and Shaquille Griffin, will play on Saturday.
Star striker Shaquille Griffin’s corner is considered doubtful because of a hamstring injury, but Pete Carroll has indicated that he will play against the Rams. The line-ups of the two teams are now known, but we still don’t know which Rams quarterback will be the starting line-up. Rams head coach Sean McVay has yet to say whether Jared Goff’s toe will be fit enough to play or whether John Wolford will make his second start in a row.
