The Fortnite 15.10 update is coming soon, and as always, the developers are browsing the game files to see what’s new. Based on recent leaks it appears that the crossover between Marvel and the BR marksman is not complete yet.
More voltage in Fortnite
The journalists ShiinaBR (@ShiinaBR) and Fortnite News (@Guille_GAG) were among the first to report that Black Panther, Captain Marvel and even the super villain known as Taskmaster came to Fortnite. This and some screenshots of the Marvel characters mentioned. Sheena further states that these Marvel figures will be part of the so-called Oddity: Set up Royalty and Warriors.
According to the description, it reads as follows: Warriors can be trained for any reason, whether it is the responsibility of the king, the duty of a soldier or the price of mercenary weapons.
The Wakanda Forever Emote was also excavated by data researchers, including a set of tasks of the same name. The leak also mentioned a few other upcoming challenges, namely Operation Snowfall and Spy Inside.
Green arrowDC
DC’s equally popular hero will also be featured in Fortnite, as it turns out Green Arrow can be part of Fortnite’s crew. The screenshot also shows the skin and the upcoming pickaxe.
The leak did not indicate when these skins would appear in Fortnite BR. However, it is obvious that the community will not wait that long for these cosmetic products to be officially brought into play.
The Fortnite Dateliner has also managed to chase away 12 other skins that will be added to the game, and some of them will be available as part of new packs:
- Hedron
- Iso
- Driver Mina
- Holly Stryker.
- Mr. Dappermint.
- Karve
- Snowdrop
- Cozy Jonesy.
- Snowdrift
- A heart of snow
- Blinky
- and Frost Broker
Other cosmetic products were also found – backpacks, gliders, music bags, envelopes, emotions and spikes.
They will probably be released later, although according to Dexerto it is possible that some of them may not be released at all, as the Fortnite community has indicated on several occasions.
Targeted aid to the enemy
Prior to these recent leaks, another source known as Mang0e (@Mang0e_) tweeted that Epic Games is working on a new destination: assistant/targeting. Dataminer explained that the Fortnite 15.00 patch contains a plugin called TargetingSystem which will be added.
His description says: Generic targeting system for in-game use. Power/steering aid/etc. With this in mind, let’s cross our fingers that this so-called redesign of the Aim Assist will help improve the current system.
Mang0e also revealed that the developer is working on a new feature that he believes will display a mini-game when Fortnite is loaded. He says it will be turned on by default, and is a little concerned that this may affect the loading time of the game.
